It could be a topic you discussed, the place where you met, or a memorable moment of  the night.

Establishing a connection is especially important in instances where she doesn’t have your phone number. By refereeing to something that happened, she’s sure to remember who you are when an unknown number appears in her text log. Example: If upon meeting, you discussed how everywhere you turn people are going ‘Green’, you could text, “Inspired by our conversation I recycled the beer bottles from last night. Just trying to do my part to keep our planet safe for the future of our children.”
